Sold the HUNU & shifted from JJ Retreats
After Jeff, my beloved died suddenly in March 2023, both our boat and business transitioned forward appropriate to the situation. Grief, loss, recovery & healing were strong themes.
Mom moved in!
With mom's mobility changing and fall risk high, she moved to Ashland, OR from Seattle, WA put away the car keys for good and together we share rides, meals, laughter, music, memories and 3 generations together under one roof.
I got married!
Darren arrived through the direction of spirit, Jeff's actually. We were all friends. What a gift, 2 men who knew and deeply respected each other, both beloved to me. Astonished, grateful and receptive to love I am.

Darren & I created Love Star Coaching
One day Darren said, "what do you think about coaching couples like you & Jeff did, but in our own unique way?" And so we spent a year studying and practicing until Love Star Coaching was born. Thank you Bret and Christine Eartheart for being such incredible teachers! We've already supported and resourced a handful of grateful couples! Traveling to Peru was a 10+
Following a sudden offer, I explored Cusco and the Sacred Valley in a retreat that included Sound Healing, Yoga and many sacred ceremonies with local tribal elders. Maestra Maria Apaza pictured here is the last "Altomesayoq" in her lineage which means she was initiated as a shamanic healer due to having been struck by lightning. She is a ripe 97 years old! I had the amazing and rare opportunity to receive a healing from her.

I am super excited to be hosting in- person retreats in the US and Peru. Darren and I will also be hosting Couples Weekend Intensive Retreats both in groups and private LUXE 1:1 versions.
