Darren Applegate
Darren Applegate is a compassionate relationship coach and inclusive facilitator known for his empathy and strength. A Certified Thriving Relationship Coach with training in attachment theory and Gottman Institute relationship principles, he grounds his coaching in proven methods and a deep well of life experience. Darren draws on his experience as a licensed bodyworker to infuse somatic awareness and nervous system regulation into his work. His background of 25+ years of corporate leadership and wilderness adventure guiding taught him the values of communication, team building and resilience. As a lifelong athlete, Darren also coached a variety of Sports Teams. Having also healed from experiences of gun violence and incarceration, Darren carries profound empathy for those facing the challenges of racism, identity and military family life. He is devoted to helping people break old patterns, build authentic connections, and experience joyful growth in their relationships.

Jamila Suzanne Applegate is a warm, insightful relationship coach and inclusive spiritual facilitator with depth experience in guiding personal transformation. A Certified Thriving Relationship Coach trained in attachment theory and the Gottman Institute relationship principles, she blends evidence-based practices with holistic wisdom. Jamila draws on decades of experience as a licensed bodyworker, giving her exceptional somatic awareness and understanding of the nervous system. Her rich background includes training in Family Constellation Therapy, extensive dreamwork, and lead mentoring for Her Mystery School’s feminine spiritual teachings. Having navigated her own journey of healing from NDE, trauma and loss, Jamila offers a compassionate, nurturing presence. She is dedicated to helping others release old patterns and cultivate radiant, joyful, thriving relationships filled with connection and growth.
