We highly suggest and encourage you to exit from your HUNU retreat in the context of, "Who Knew?"

As in, it is quite likely and very possible that you will leave a different person than the one who arrived.  Isn't that the point?

Transformational processes can be powerful and also there is such a thing as a retreat "high".  You may be tempted to unconsciously slip back into the patterns you held in your life before retreat.
